TROUBLE SHOOTING

New user unable to log in

New users need to have created an account on Team Today first. You can create an account in either the MS Teams app or on the website.
If you are unable to login check that you ahve first created an account via the sign up page

How to create an account via the website

  1. Simply click here to sign up via our website
  2. Then tap sign up with Office 365, Google or create an account with email and password.
  3. Using either Office 365 or Google provides the best experience as these will ask permission to connect to your calendars. (You don't have to connect your calendar if you don't wish)

Press the don't have an account button at the bottom.

  1. Once the app is installed (you can see how to install here) then in login window scroll down and tap the don't have an account button
